c) Sir Thomas Robarts, John Sawyer
d) Thomas Brooks, citizen and embroiderer of London, James Sawyer, citizen and distiller of London
b) is possessed of £1,000 due on several mortgages (of which said sums of £500 and £200 were part) which money was agreed to be laid out in purchase of property etc. Until this can be done, any mortgage which comes into hands of c) will be invested in public stocks
Said sums of £500 and £200 are still owing
iv) has agreed with iii) to purchase said cottage etc for £1,034 which will be conveyed by lease and release of even date and remainder of said term of £1,000 is to be assigned to attend the inheritance
now in consideration of £700 paid by iv) to ii) and 5s paid by v) to ii)
ii) at direction of i) and iii) and iii) also by nomination of iv) assign to v)
• All that messuage, cottage etc as in previous deeds
• Term of years yet to come
To be held by v) in trust to attend the inheritance for benefit of iv)
