iii) Thomas Day, Hampsted, Middlesex, citizen and salter of London
iv) Samuel Fyler, Caddington, clerk, Edward Fossey, Souches, Caddington, Hertfordshire, yeoman
being Conveyance by (i) and (ii) to (iv) to uses of:
• All that capital messuage or tenement with the appurtenances called Rickards and all houses outhouses etc at Caddington Woodside in Caddington
• Closes and pieces of pasture, arable and ley, meadow and woodground contained by estimation 130 acres in Caddington
To the use of (i) for life; to the use of (ii) and (iii) for the life of the survivor; to the use of their children as decided by the parents
Mention that three closes subject to mortgage charge, as in X173/14.
