To grandson William Newman (eldest son of son William Newman) and to his heirs and assigns for ever
...All that my capital messuage or tenement with the appurtenances wherein I do now dwell called Rickards with all houses outhouses etc at Caddington Woodside in the parish of Caddington, Bedfordshire, and the 135 acres (by estimation) of land in Caddington, and all other land in Caddington.
Charged with the payment of £10 to testator’s daughter Mary Bedcott now the wife of John Bedcott, if she survives her husband.
