i) are owners of 48, 50 and 52 High Street, Bedford, and ii) are owners of 10, Silver Street, Bedford i) have recently opened a window (as on plan) overlooking back part of ii)'s premises now is agreed that said window shall be deemed to have been opened with express permission of ii) and enjoyment of said use of light shall be deemed to be with permission of ii). i) will pay 5s p.a. for said permission. Lower sash of said window to be glazed with obscured glass seal of ii) and signatures of Director and Secretary
