Scope and Content
Appoints Sidney William Hyde [Walter Sidney Hyde in probate] of Shaftesbury Road, Luton and George Massey of Luton, accountant, to be executors.
Gives:
- £5 to Sidney William Hyde
- all household goods and effects to wife Rosina Cox
Devises and bequeaths all real estate and remainder of personal estate to be converted into money and invested to provide income for his wife during her widowhood. After her death or remarriage to pay:
- £100 to sister Mabel Helvetia Horley
- £100 each to brothers Bertram Cox and Harrold Cox.
Remaining capital to be divided equally between his daughter Maude Florence Hyde and son Reginald Leslie Cox.
Executors may postpoe sale of any part of estate if desired including his shares in the firm of Carruthers Brothers Limited.
