    Appoints Albert Victor Williams of Luton, solicitor, and daughter Doreen Ivy Sarah Marchant as executors and trustees. Gives house at 47 Manor Road, Luton, all household and personal effects therein, and £800 to wife Olive Maud Cook. Declares he considers this bequest will leave his wife sufficiently provided for. On death of his sister Daisy Agnes Cook he will become entitled to a 1/3 share in trust fund made under will of his late father Heber Cook for her maintenance for her life. Gives half this share or an equal amount if it falls into possession during his lifetime to his daughter Doreen Ivy Sarah Marchant and the other half to be divided equally between her children. Residue of estate to daughter Doreen Ivy Sarah Marchant. Witnesses: Catherine E Hadley and Gladys J Hubert, clerks to Gates & Williams, solicitors, Luton Died 12 September 1950. Probate granted in PPR as above to Albert Victor Williams and Doreen Ivy Sarah Marchant of Victoria Street, Dunstable, wife of Arthur Reginald Marchant.
