Copy will of Ellen Louisa Cole of 41 Vicarage Road, Watford, wife of Charles Cole of same address. Appoints nephews Philip Henry Cole and Joseph Horwood to be executors and trustees. Devises and bequeaths entire estate to husband Charles Cole for life, and after his death estate to be divided between the two executors as tenants in common. Witnesses: Sarah Stanford, Snow Hill, Maulden; H J Webber, Ampthill, solicitor. Died 25 January 1927. Proved in DPR Oxford on 13 August 1941. Surviving executor and residuary legatee Philip Henry Cole had died after the testator but without taking up probate and executing the will. Letters of administration granted to Charles Cole, retired builder, husband of testator and Emma Andrews (wife of Rev John Robert Andrews, Baptist minister) of 11 High Street, Alcester, Warwicks.
