Appoints as executors and trustees: - friend Harold Keen of 133 Alexandra Road, Addiscombe, East Croydon, Surrey, engineer - late wife's nephew James Charles Bowler Devises: - 41 Vicarage Road, Watford to late wife's niece Ellen Louisa Bowler, with all furniture and effects - 43 Vicarage Road, Watford to Harold Keen (for his absolute use, not as trustee) - 22 Oxford Street, Watford to late wife's nephew James Charles Bowler (for his absolute use, not as trustee) - 24 Oxford Street, Watford to late wife's niece Ellen Louisa Bowler - 2 and 4 Wiggenhall Road, Watford to trustees to pay pecuniary legacies as follows: £100 to wife's niece Emily Elizabeth Hawker £500 to wife's niece Ellen Louisa Bowler £100 to wife's niece Mabel Riley £150 to wife's niece Annie Keen £100 to wife's niece Kate Cutler £200 to wife's niece Ellen Louisa Hammock £50 to his niece maud Lily Cole £100 to wife's niece Francis May Hill £100 to wife's nephew James Charles Bowler £150 to his nephew Albert Charles Cole of Luton, builder Residue of estate to be divided equally betwen wife's niece Ellen Louisa Bowler and wife's niece Annie Keen as tenants in common.
