    Rental of 14 cottages (10 in Hartley Road and 4 in Cambridge Street) after expenses to be divided as follows: - half to wife Laura Edith - 5/8 of other half to eldest son Wilfrid Tolmie - 3/8 of other half to younger son Robert Stark House at 95 Russell Rise with contents and any money there at his death to wife. If Wilfred dies, his wife Amy to take his place, with Robert's share to remain at 3/8 of the half until debt ot the Bank liquidated when he will receive 3/8 of the whole if Mother has died. If Robert dies, his wife Eva to be his heir for her lifetime "on condition that she agrees to all arrangements and refrains from indulging in recriminations by any breach of these conditions she will forfeit all claim to benefit (on this I lay great stress) which will then revert to Amy Wilfred's wife". On his death payment by Wilfred of £1 p.w. on account of his house to cease.
