    - £10 for funeral expenses - £20 each to kinsmen Thomas Ward junior of Potton, yeoman and Henry Ward of the same, fellmonger - to brother John Fisher and his heirs all freehold and copyhold land which father formerly purchased of Francis Squire, to pay following bequests from the same: £20 to Elizabeth wife of Thomas Crawley £10 each to Susanna and Mary Crawley daughters of said Thomas Crawley to be paid at age of 21 - to Elizabeth wife of Thomas Avery, Anne Rutland and William Rutland and their heirs copyhold close called Thillands, 3 acres purchased of Francis Curkitt, in Millbrook - to Anne Roffe and William Roffe and their heirs, children of Edward Roffe of Millbrook, cordwainer, messuage in occupation Richard Barfoot and Thomas Busby and close adjoining 2 acres now ploughed and all other lands now in occupation Richard Barfoot and Thomas Busby formerly purchased of one Hewitt; said Edward Roffe is to receive profits until William and Ann attain 18 years for their maintenance. - to Susanna Crawley and Mary Crawley parcels and lots of meadow containing 2½ acres in Great and Little Meadow in Millbrook purchased of John Farmer and also 2 acres arable in Ford Peice purchased of Thomas Bushby - to Thomas Crawley and Abraham Crawley and their heirs, sons of the said Thomas Crawley, copyhold cottage called Stevinsons with pightle adjoining and 3 acres 1 rood arable land and pightle of pasture, 1 acre in Millbrook in Ly Mead - to Mary wife of Ralph Gellis £20 - to Ann Goldsmith of Toddington widow £5 and to William, John and Mary Goldsmith, children of said Anne, £5 each - to Judith Fisher and Susanna Fisher, sisters of testator, £20 each - to said Edward Roffe, £5 - residue to Elizabeth Avery, Anne Rutland, William Rutland, Thomas Crawley, Abraham Crawley, Susanna Crawley and Mary Crawley, children of the said Thomas Crawley and to Ann Roffe and William Roffe to be equally divided amongst them. - said Thomas Yard [sic] and Henry Ward trustees and executors. “and I do desire my said executors to sett Stones at each end of my Grave with my Name thereon age and day of my death” Witnesses: Edward Money, Richard Barfoot, Isaac Dix .
