- Scope and ContentRecites: RO10/75 Whereas: Charles Jones did in Trinity Term 13 Anne [1714] confess a judgement in Common Pleas in an action of debt for £200 at suit of Thomas Whitaker to secure payment of £11 + interest Whereas: Sir John Chester has purchased of Charles Jones the Rectory or Parsonage of Lidlington with tithes and all appurtenances and various other premises of said Charles Jones in Lidlington in occupation of George Brydall said William Edwards has purchased of Charles Jones various premises in Howend in Houghton Conquest and Millbrook in occupation of Robert Impey said Sir John Chester and William Edwards have out of their purchase money discharged said debts secured by said several judgements Now: i) and ii) by direction of Charles Jones assign judgements to iv) at nomination of Sir John Chester and William Edwards in trust (regarding premises in Lidlington) for Sir John Chester in trust (regarding premises in Houghton Conquest) for William Edwards Signature: Charles Jones Witnesses: Joseph Jackson of Potton, G Arnald
