    Recites: RO10/65, RO10/67 and RO10/72 Whereas: William Edwards has lately purchased of Charles Jones the freehold of the said recited premises Now: Consideration: £1,543..3..9 to i) paid by William Edwards i) by direction of ii) and nomination of William Edwards assigns to iv) -said premises for residue of terms of 1,000 and 1,000 years in trust for William Edwards to attend the inheritance Signatures: i) Charles Jones Witnesses: Samuel Berry,William Turner,Samuel Southouse, William Staines, Henry Lowell, F Brace 20 Mar 1715/16 Endorsement: Deed Poll of Assignment of Mortgage in Trust to Attend the Inheritance by Mary Bell of Town of Bedford, widow Whereas: William Edwards died seised of aforesaid premises leaving William Edwards now of Town of Bedford esquire, his only son and heir at law from whom the Right Honourable John Lord Baron of Gowran, Ireland, purchased said premises for Consideration of £2,250 Whereas: Jasper Wagstaffe and Thomas Wilkes predeceased Robert Bell who is also since deceased having made a will and appointed wife Mary Bell sole executrix Now: Mary Bell assigns premises to the Honourable Baptist Leveson Gower esquire, brother to the Right Honourable John Earl of Gower to hold for the remainder of 2 several terms of 1,000 years in trust for John Lord Baron of Gowran Witnesses: Edward Towersley, William Wiseman, Arthur Jeffreys, Richard Fitzpatrick 21 Jul 1749
