Martha wife of i) is relict and administrix of Roger Jones, disputes have arisen between i) and ii) concerning share of ii) in personal estate of Roger Jones and management of rents and profits of real estate of Roger Jones during minority of Charles ii) by Deed Poll 12 September last released said real estate to i) and wife Martha confusion over legacy by Thomas Jones to said Martha by name of brother Roger's wife. Now: releases said legacy and all actions except rent charge of £100 per annum secured in trust for said Martha for her jointure out of certain lands of said Charles Jones by Indenture 18 November 1674 (i) Edward Traffles of City of Winchester, Southamptonshire, gentleman, John Purene of the same, ironmonger trustees appointed by said Martha Jones (ii) Roger Jones Witnesses: John Heather, George Brydall
