    Recites: Marriage Articles of 10 July 1668 [see recital in RO9/7] Recites: Indenture 30 July 1705 (i) as i) above (ii) as iii) above amongst other sums settled on other daughters £2,000 to be the portion of Dorothea with interest of 5% from death of i) now: said portion to be paid to iv) and to be laid out by them with approbation of ii) in purchase of lands to use of ii) after their marriage and to the survivor of them and to their issue as they shall direct also £50 per annum to be paid during the lifetime of i) to ii) and the survivor of them and the heirs of their bodies i) during his life to enjoy the rest of the profits of the premises Recites: will of Right Honourable James late Earl of Anglesey 1701 by which he devised all his manors and lands in Ireland to i) and to the Honourable Arthur Annesley esquire, brother of the said Earl and to Mr Justice Coote, one of the judges in Ireland on trusts; also Recites codicil annexed to said will which appoints £1,000 to each of the 6 youngest unmarried daughters of i) (of which Dorothea was one) whereas: lawsuit arose between Right Honourable John Earl of Anglesey and i) and others concerning the validity of the said will and codicil; on 15 March last [1705/6] agreement was reached by which Dorothea was to receive £500 with interest at 4½% per annum until payment Witnesses: Thomas Cooper, Thomas Alderne, W Rylands
