- TitleAmos Maxey of Bromham prosecuted Joseph Bandy of Stagsden for killing game with a certain engine called a gun. Bandy was summonded to make his defence and pleaded Not Guilty. Luke Pool was deposed as a witness. Bandy had nothing to offer or say in his defence and was deemed Guilty as charged and it was adjudged he was to forfeit the sum of £5.
