- to daughter Eleanor Mary Chalkley rents from 13 Peache Street, Luton, 45, 47 and 49 Cambridge Street, Luton, and two cottages occupied by Mrs Swain and Mrs Bozier at Wheathampstead, Herts
Devises and bequeaths residue of estate as follows:
- £1000 to be invested with income to be payable to his wife during her widowhood after which to be part of trust fund
- in trust for his children in equal shares; during his wife's lifetime with her consent trustees may with her consent apply up to 1/4 of presumptive share for the child's benefit
