Whereas by order of 29 June last upon allegation that issue was joined, it was ordered that the plaintiff should be at liberty to go to trial but judgement and execution was stayed till further order; now upon opening of the matter this present day unto this court by Mr Pedley, being the defendant's counsel, in the presence of Mr Rich of counsel with the plaintiff, and upon hearing what could be alleged on either side, it is ordered that the injunction granted in this cause do stand absolutely dissolved Signature: William Goldesborough
