    Parties: (i) Richard Gutteridge the elder of Dunstable, gentleman; (ii) Thomas Barwell of Dunstable, gentleman; (iii) John Willoughby of Bishopsgate Street, London, hatter, trustee for (ii) Reciting: - lease of 5 July 1837 (X948/2/DUN/3/1) - lease and release of 25 & 26 September 1817 between (1) Thomas Wooldridge of Bedford, surgeon, his wife Sarah Amy, Louisa Miller of Bedford, spinster, and William Wilshere of Hitchin, devisees in fee in trust under will of John Miller, deceased; and (2) Revd John Castleton Miller, Rector of Milton (Northants), eldest son and heir at law of John Miller; (3) Thomas Wooldridge and Sarah his wife and Louisa Miller; (4) Richard Gutteridge. Conveyed (a) below to (4).
