Conveyed (a) below to (4). Operative part: - (i) sells (a) to (ii) for £49 Property: (a) Plot of land 90 feet long by 25 feet wide, part of Wagon and Horses Close (previously known as Great Englands) in Dunstable, fronting the High Road to the W and abutting: Wagon and Horses Close to E; land of Joseph Flowers lately part of Wagon and Horses Close to N; and another part of Wagon and Horses Close to S.
