    -To wife (as in LL17/120). -Property in Ampthill & Steppingley to brother Thomas (as in LL17/120) but remainder to Richard Toll of Tottenham as trustee to preserve contingent remainders, remainder, to heir male of brother Thomas, remainder to daughter Mary, then to be sold and proceeds divided among children of sisters Bishop, Baiment, Wood and Best. -Estate at Flitwick (late Collop's) only, to be subject to charity, adding 40s in bread to poor of Flitwick. -To be buried at Flitton near late wife, Jane, slate to be erected in the church 'describen there my Gifts' (sic). -To aunt Judith Stone, annuity of £20. -To sister Joan Fletcher annuity of £40. -Charges property at Cardington, Flitwick (not settled by jointure) & 5 houses in Clerkenwell & Rose and Crown, St.John Street with above annuities. -To niece Sarah Best, annuity of £20. -To 'Elich' Tilcock, cottage in East End, Flitwick and close adjoining for life. -To daughters of late sister Sarah Bishop, £300 each. -To sons of late sister Ann Best, £300 each, but if her son, Edward, shall disturb sister Bemant or heirs re: house at Silsoe granted by will of brother Edward to him (who died insolvent), Edward to pay her £150 out of his legacy. -To niece Sally Best, £300. -To sister Judith Baiment/Beiment, £1,050 and house in Silsoe in which she now lives and to sons of Judith Beiment £200 each and same to daughters. -To sister Elizabeth Wood £1,200 and £200 to children each. -To niece Mary White, £300. -To brother Thomas Bishop, £10. -To brother John Best £10. -To brother Oliver Humphreys £10. -To sister Hannah Humphreys £10. -To wife's brother Richard Mead, £10. -To Daniel Brown and wife £10. - To friend Henry Spurling £10. -To friend Richard Toll £10, provided he makes inventory of personal and real estate. -To executors residue of real and personal property after payment of legacies, after death of wife. -Executors of wife to sell estate at Cardington, Barton and 2 fields at Pasten, parish Islington, and London property, proceeds to be divided among testator's sisters. Executor: Brother Thomas of Clapwell (Bedfordshire). Endorsed: 'Copy of Mr White's will. with Wilbraham's opinion upon the same .... the point in question whether the residuum will belong to the executor or to be divided among the legatees.'
