The Churchwardens & Overseers of the parish of Tuxford, Nottingham (appellants) vs The Churchwardens & Overseers of the parish of Biggleswade (respondents). With regard to the appeal for the removal of William Watkin, his wife Martha Watkin and their child from the parish of Biggleswade to the parish of Tuxford, Nottingham. It is ordered that the order be dismissed and the respondents do forthwith pay the appellants the sum of £36 17s 2d which the court awards to the appellants as reasonable costs in their appeal.
