    Will of Mrs Kitty Dines of Castle Street Luton nominating Executors and Trustees to be Alfred James Cole (toy merchant) of London, William Ellerd (plumber and glazier) of Luton and Charles Lawford (builder) of Luton. • Two cottages in Limbury to be sold by executors and money divided equally between neice Sarah Bigg and her two daughters Martha Burtwood? And Angelina Faulkner. • £50 each to nieces Martha Burtwood? And Angelina Faulkner. • £150 to niece Mary Mead (daughter of late brother) and £100 to Martha Wilson (daughter of late brother) • £100 to Kate Tirebuck (daughter of niece Ann Tirebuck) upon her attaining the age of 21years. • £20 to Ann Tirebuck to buy mourning clothes for her and her family. Also household furniture and effects not separately bequeathed. • To Ann Elizabeth Tirebuck (daughter of Ann Tirebuck) chest of drawers, and to Kate Tirebuck bureau and clock. Also silver tablespoons and teaspoons to be shared between them. • Dwelling house in Castle Street Luton in trust to executors to pay rents and profits to Ann Tirebuck during her life and after to sell the property and give proceeds to Kate Tirebuck • Tenement with greenhouses in Crawley Green Road, Luton (occupied by Herbert Tirebuck) in trust to executors to pay rents and profits to Ann Tirebuck during her life and after to pay rents and profits to Herbert Tirebuck. After his death to sell the property and give proceeds equally to the sons of Ann Tirebuck • Public house with yard and outbuildings in Hastings Street Luton (occupied by Thomas Cain) and cottage in Spring Place (occupied by Amos Lawrence) in trust to executors to pay rents and profits to Ann Tirebuck during her life and after to sell the property and give proceeds equally to the children of Ann Tirebuck. • £10 to each of the Executors • Alfred James Cole to pay into the estate within 6 months, £400 owing. • Residue of estate together with legacy of £100 from Mary Wood in trust to executors to convert to cash and to invest in Government or Real securities. Interest and dividends to be paid to Ann Tirebuck during her life and after to divide the capital equally between the children of Ann Tirebuck.
