    Parties: (i) William Gardener of Ewell, Surrey, gentleman (ii) John Young of Dunstable, baker (iii)John Purton of Dunstable, cooper Reciting: - lease and release of 9 & 10 January 1829 between (1) Benjamin Robinson, coach master and William Gardener (i); (2) Henry William Gilbert; (3) Thomas Whitefoot and Joseph Haynes; (4) Daniel Gilbert; (5) John Gilbert; (6) William Gardener (i); and (7) Alfred Robinson, trustee for (i), conveying (a) with messuages or tenements since destroyed by fire for use of (i) Operative part: - (ii) pays £100 to (i) - (i) conveys (a) to (ii) Property: (a) Plot of ground in Church Street, Dunstable where there stood a dwelling house, bakehouse and other buildings in the occupation of (ii) which were recently destroyed by fire, together with the oven and all the building and other materials on the premises. Described in lease and release of 9 & 10 January 1829 as 2 messuages in Church Street end, Dunstable: one messuage formerly of Nathaniel Groom and afterwards of Thomas Hall on the W part, adjoining E the stable formerly of John Miller and afterwards belonging to another messuage purchased by John Fryer from Christopher Jones and others, fronting N on the Common Street. Said two messuages formerly occupied by William Lyles and [blank] Impey, afterwards by Richard Eagleton and Richard Elliott, since by Richard Eagleton and [blank] Squire, and lately by (ii) Habendum - to be held in trust by (iii) for the use of (ii) Witnesses: - J N Cartwright, solicitor, Dunstable - John Eades, Wood Street, London
