    Whereas: Ellis Walcott, gentleman deceased late husband of ii) by his last will bequeathed to John, Beatrice and Elizabeth Walcott, children of the said Ellis and Dorothy, still being minors, such sums of money as said Sir Richard Conquest, father of ii), and Dame Beatrice, now wife of said Sir John Digby, sister to said Ellis Walcott, should appoint, to be paid by ii) who was sole executrix of the will, when said John Walcott reaches 21 and the said Beatrice and Elizabeth reach 18 Whereas: a marriage is intended between i) and ii) Now: iii) have full power to take the following sums to the uses hereinafter mentioned: £100 now in the hands of Sir Edmund Conquest £400 now in the hands of Sir William Saunders of ...sbr..,Northamptonshire, knight £300 now in the hands of said Francis Clerke which sums of money are now due to ii) of which: £200 is to be to the use of John Walcott at age of 21 £300 is to be to the use of Beatrice, the eldest daughter, at age of 18 or at her marriage £300 is to be to the use of Elizabeth Walcott at the age of 18 or at her marriage iii) are to pay interest from the sums to ii) until the said sums are payable i) agrees not to lay claim to said sums i) grants to iii);- - capital messuage in Newport, Isle of Wight, Southamptonshire in occupation of Robert Baker, clothier -one orchard, one garden and 2 mills in a field called... -... meadow in Whippingham in occupation of one John Ridge -7 messuages ... in Eastgate Street and 2 other of the tenements in Ford Lane to use of i) and ii) for life and to the longer liver and then to their issue also - interest and term of years of i) in messuage in Fetter Lane, London in occupation of Richard Norton, gentleman -leases to iii) 2 messuages in Town of Richmond, Yorkshire and 3 acres of land or pasture belonging in occupation of Marmaduke Peirson and John Peirson to hold to iii) for 80 years from date of presents on trust to allow i) and ii) to receive the profits of the house in Fetter Lane and the premises in Yorkshire Signatures: i) and ii) Witnesses: Henry Sandys, Thomas Awdley, Jo.
