Messuage in Church End in the Warren or Conygree, occupied (i) and Marmaduke Petty, and 40 acres warren and land adjoining. In trust for Elizabeth after death of (i) remainder to heirs in tail; any son of marriage to hold messuage called Warren house or Conygraye house when attains 21 years, if Elizabeth re-marries.
