    (i) John Warner of Wilstead, gentleman, Richard Suger alias Sugers of Marston Moretaine, yeoman, John Bedcott of same yeoman. (ii) Thomas Arnald of Ampthill, yeoman, Edmund Farey of Flitwick, yeoman. (iii) Marmaduke Petty of Flitwick, tailor and wife Ann (late wife of John Collop senior), Conygree field (30 acres), all conies in manor (except in Flitwick Wood), 2 pightles (2 acres), 36 acres land. (i) to (ii) to hold in trust:- (a) Conygree field and conies to use of (iii), till Henry Collop attains 24, remainder to Henry Collop in tail male, remainder to George Collop, to be held in socage as of the manor of East Greenwich. For Conygree field 16s; for conies, 13s 4d, as by Letters Patent, 9 November 1638. (iii) not to commit waste, not to cut above 3,000 turfts per annum and to keep buildings in repair. Henry Collop to pay Ann annuity of 20 marks. When Henry Collop attains 25 years (sic), (ii) to sell property, paying £10 to John Collop junior, £20 to Katherine Collop, £15 to Elizabeth Collop, unless Henry Collop shall have already paid these legacies. (iii) to maintain children, with exception of John Collop who is already provided for. (Recites (1) (i) were nominated by tenants of manor of Flitwick to receive reversions of lands which tenants formerly held of King, in trust to convey to tenants (ii) LL17/80 (3) Ann Collop marries (iii) but so far from wasting estates they have increased them by saving for Henry Collop lands which John Collop had assigned to be sold for payment of debts; Ann chose to take 20 marks annuity; legacies to children of John Collop increased from £40 to £45 and spent in purchase of premises.)
