Messuage in East End, 2 pightles of sward ground adjacent, 7 acre meadow, 30 acre arable (viz. 10 acres in each of the 3 common field), 1 acre sward ground. Timber reserved to (i). Liberty to Marmaduke Petty to carry water from well in yard of messuage. Covenants for repair and manuring fallow, not to plow up sward ground or cut turf. (i) to allow (ii) 1,500 good turf per annum. ii) to pay church and poor rates. Witnesses:Thomas Lyne, Thomas Beache, George Joyes (?) Seal on tag.
