Real estate to John Green of Woburn gentleman and Samuel Swaffield of Ampthill in trust to wife Mary for life for life, remainder to wife Sophia, remainder to children, remainder to testor’s son G.H. Brooks, remainder to Louisa wife of G.H Brooks, remainder to children, remainder to testor’s son William Dell Brooks, remainder to latter’s wife Harriet, remainder to children. To wife Mary, pictures, prints, plate, books, furniture, curiosities, articles and specimens in Museum. To same, live and dead farming stock, implements, linen,china, wines, hot-house and greenhouse plants, carriage, horses and harness Money and remainder of personal estate to be invested by trustees for wife for life, remainder to J.H. Brooks, subject to legacies of £5,000 each to Geoge Henry Brooks and William Dell Brooks (payable on condition that the latter convey their estate to John. H Brooks).
