    Joseph Dimmock: William Dimmock came home in an intoxicated state on 22 July. William Dimmock threatened to take away his life and likewise to do bodily injury to his mother. From this and other threats Joseph Dimmock was afraid that William Dimmock would do him bodily harm and prayed William Dimmock would be required to find sureties to keep the peace and be of good behaviour towards himself.
