In consideration of £35 paid by Benjamin Bennett to Henry Champkins (the receipt of which he hereby acknowledges) Henry Champkins grants to Benjamin Bennett his heirs and assigns for the term of 21 years from 31st Dec 1909 unconditional right and privilege of discharging into the clay pits of the said Rossons Brickyard as shown by the plan (affixed) the whole of the drainage of the cottages at Caddington belonging to Benjamin Bennett.
