    (i) George Brooks of Twickenham and wife Ann (ii) J.T. Brooks of same. (iii) Alexander Hatfield and daughter Mary. (iv)John Brooks of Chancery Lane, Henry Egerton (v)John Brooks and John Madocke of Denbighshire, esquire. On marriage of (ii) and daughter of (iii). To (iv): Manor of Flitwick, £11.6.5d. fee farm rents in Flitwick and Maulden. Mansion House, 46 acres 37poles paddocks, cottages and gardens. 275 acres 36poles allotted in Enclosure Award, inherited by Ann Brooks under will of Dr. Dell. In trust to (ii) for life, remainder to wife for life, then to be divided among children; remainder to (i) for life; remainder (a) moiety to Ann, widow of William Horne and children, remainder to Martha wife of Arthur Bold and children. (b) Moiety to Martha wife of Arthur Bold and children, remainder to Ann wife of William Horne and children. To (v) ¼ of £4000 in 3% Consols, in trust for (ii) and wife.
