(i) Henry Chester of Astwood (Buckinghamshire) esq. (ii) Jane Rhodes of Flitwick. (iii) John Bibee of Caddington clerk, Ambrose Reddall of Eversholt, gentleman. (i) to (ii) £1,000. (ii) to (iii), moiety of property of Samuel Rhodes in Flitwick & Maulden, in trust to pay £40 per annum to (ii). If (ii) dies in lifetime of (i), property to (i) for life, remainder to heirs in tail, in default to use of will of (ii). Witnesses: Johnson Reddall, William Whitbread.
