Offence: with force and arms did riotously assemble, gather and make a great noise and disturbance near or about the church of Elstow. Did cast and throw stones against the church and through certain windows. Did make and assault and other wrongs upon John Wing, clerk and clergyman of the Church of England in Holy Orders and curate of the said parish of Elstow in the performance of his sacred duty. 10 panes of glass being broken to the evil example of others. [3 counts] Plea: Not Guilty Verdict: Not Guilty
