Includes: - information that covenant does not restrict building of a chapel; - legal opinion recommending against sale to a Mr Langley for use as a motor garage, - letter from McConnells, auctioneers, house and estate agents, surveyors and valuers, of 20 Mill Street, Bedford, giving terms of sale for marketing the land
