Move to appeal with regard to the removal of Thomas Samuel, his wife Sarah and son William, from Leighton Buzzard to Wavendon. Notes state the respondents counsel could not open his case without information, he could not speak to the overseer that had been given and the appellant had the advantage of commuting on the evidene which had actually been given.
