Partition made in the presence of the King’s escheator at Bedford in the presence of: John son of Baldwin Picot, kinsman and one of the heirs of Elizabeth Wake, deceased John Pateshulle, son of Isabelle of Steyngreve, kinsman and the other heir of said Elizabeth with the consent of the aforesaid heirs concerning all the knight’s fees and advowsons of churches which the same Elizabeth, aunt of John and John, held of the lord King in chief on the day of her death
