Letter to Mr. G. H. Bays, regarding a stolen horse.

Reads: "A horse of the description named in your letter has been identified as stolen (so I am informed at the Greyhound...and elsewhere) I cannot obtain one of the placards or further particulars until tomorrow. You shall have further information by the next post. I have been to several places but partners were out who might have given full information, it is said the horse was stolen from Croydon, but I cannot be expected to go so far without further...as to Inskip I will also write tomorrow ."
