    - one messuage with appurtenances in le Chirchende of Houghton S. tenement of lord John Mason, clerk, late of John Andrewe of London N. messuage of said William Andrewe which messuage was once part of the tenement of Philip Andrewe and afterwards part of the tenement of lord John Andrewe, clerk, as more fully appears in a certain charter made concerning it If John Conquest pays Henry Blythe of Elvestowe 6s 8d at Michaelmas next and 6s 8d at Christmas next, 6s 8d at the Annuciation and 6s 8d at the nativity of St.John the Baptist following and so on, this charter is to be valid until a total of £9 has been paid as aforesaid. If default is made in any payment then this charter is to be void. The wording of the document is as follows] Hec indenture testator quod cum H.D. and W.A. dimiserint, concesserint et per carta feoffmenti feoffaverint J.C., R.C., and W.C. volunt et concedunt per presntes quod si eidem J.C. heredes seu executors sui solvent seu solvi faciant Henrico B. 6s 8d…etc. quousque £9 persolvantur, quod extunc predicta carta et seisina inde habita et deliberate in suo robore permaneat et effectu.
