- Scope and Contentii) is to enjoy lands she has in jointure by feoffment of Richard Conquest, father to her husband Richard, which lands are worth 5 marks per annum ii) to have in recompense of her dower of all such manors, lands etc. which her late husband had within Bedfordshire, all those land and tenements in Ampthull now in occupation of Henry Davyd, which lands are worth 10 marks per annum i) leases to ii) the manor of Houghton Conquest, with all appurtenances, profits etc. and all other lands which her late husband had in Bedfordshire except those which she had in jointure or dower as aforesaid. which said manor and lands, except as before excepted, i) has during the minority (nonage) of Richard Conquest, son and heir of Richard the late husband of ii) the advowson of the halfendell of the church of Houghton to i) belonging by reason of aforesaid nonage. all wood reserved to i) during aforesaid nonage from Easter last until the full age of said Richard paying £17 per annum to i) Seal: fragment, detached from document in English Endorsement: : no.171
