Case papers with regard to the highway commonly called Cow Lane, leading from the village of Eaton Socon towards Eaton Mill. The highway is said to be in a ruinous state and in want of reparation. Inhabitants of the village of Eaton Socon are represented by William Jourdan and John Hall and respond to the indictment with the plea of Not Guilty and put themselves upon the jury.
