-close called Innings in Houghton Conquest near the mansion or capital house late belonging to Benedict Conquest free of all incumbrances etc. made by Robert Wingate, ThomasArmstrong, Althamia Priaulx or Maurice Lord Haversham, John Lord Havrsham or Maurice Thompson deceased, except term of 500 years in the premises together with other lands, created by Indenture 30 July 1705

(ii) said Thomas Armstrong, Thomas Marriott of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex esquire
which said term became vested in John Wilkinson of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, embroiderer, as a security for £600 + interest which was charged by said Althamia Priaulx on her lands, which sum was absolutely paid off by the sale of part of the said lands to John Lord Archbishop of Canterbury on which sale the said term of 500 years was assigned to Dr. Thomas Tenison
