Whereas: Robert Wingate is since deceased
iii) has agreed with Althamia for absolute purchase of premises
Now: consideration: £600 paid by iii) to John Wilkinson of the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, embroiderer
(being the consideration of an assignment of even date with these presents made by said Wilkinson to Dr. Thomas Tenison of a mortgage of the said premises and other lands, dated 24 February 1720/1
also: £400 paid to i)
which considerations together total £1,000
-messuage or farmhouse in Thickthorn in Houghton Conquest in occupation of John Clark junior and late of Thomas Lewis with yard, orchard, dovehouse and appurtenances
-Home Close, Jay Croft and Paddock Pightle, heretofore held with said messuage, containing 19 acres
-arable land in the open fields of Houghton Conquest, viz:
in Deanfield 23 acres 3 roods, in Millfield 22 acres 3 roods,
in Chappell End Field 21 acres 1 rood
all which premises are in occupation of said John Clarke junior and were late of Thomas Lewis
free of all incumbrances etc. except term of 500 years created by Indenture of 30 July 1705
i. said John Lord Haversham
ii. Thomas Armstrong of Houghton Conquest esquire, Thomas Marriott of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex esquire
which term of years is now vested in John Wilkinson and the sum of £600 stands secured to him.
The said term of years is by Indenture of even date with these presents, assigned to the Reverend Dr Tenison being a person nominated by iii) to attend the inheritance
