Now: said Althamia conveys to iii)
-farmhouse in Houghton Conquest in occupation of James Redman
-several closes in Houghton Conquest called the Hane Ground, the Meadow and the Banky Close with a spinney which lies on Hane Hills containing 45 acres
-several parcels of arable land in the fields of Houghton Conquest, viz: 3 acres in Chappellend Field, 3 acres in Millfield, 3 acres in Deanfield, all in occupation of James Redman
-cottage in Houghton Conquest in occupation of Richard Redman
-close of pasture in Houghton Conquest called Broad Close 9 acres in occupation of Richard Redman
-Innings Close in Houghton Conquest 6 acres in occupation of Benjamin Conquest esquire
-farmhouse in Thickthorne in Houghton Conquest in occupation of John Clarke junior with yard, dovehouse, orchard and appurtenances
-closes or pightles in Houghton Conques called Hane Close, Jayes Croft and Paddock Pightle held with said messuage containing together 19 acres
-several parcels of arable dispersed in the common fields of Houghton Conquest viz;
in Deanfield 23 acres 3 roods, in Milfield 22 acres 3 roods, in Chappell End Field 21 acres 1 rood
in occupation of said John Clarke junior
in trust for making provision for the said Althamia who is to receive the profits from the said premises
2 terms of repectively 99 years and 500 years created by Indentures of 30 July 1705 and 23 April 1710 both between
(i) Right Honourable Lord Haversham deceased
(ii) Thomas Armstrong, Thomas Marriott
and assigned by aforesaid Indenture of Release to William Goodhall and John Pennington in trust as to premises hereby granted to attend the inheritance
