    Whereas: i) is seised in fee simple of estates in Houghton Conquest in Bedfordshire and also very great personal estate now: i) and ii) will within one month after their marriage convey to iii) the real estate of i) on trust to pay profits to i) ,nd after her death to convey estate as she shall have directed; chargeable with £600 as i) shall think fit further: if i) becomes entitled to any further estate this will be conveyed to iii) and after her decease will descend to heirs of i) and ii) further: if ii) becomes seised of farm called Green House in Capell, Surrey, worth £40 per annum in which he has reversion and also an estate near Dunhead, near Shaftesbury in Dorset and Wiltshire held by lease for lives from the Duke of Norfolk or Earl of Arundell in which ii) also has an expectation, ii) will settle them on iii) to the use of i) and ii) and the survivor and their issue. i) may without consent of ii) dispose of sums of money now due to her on bond from John Hamilton and Thomas Ligoe for payment of £200 and interest and upon a note from the said John Hamilton for payment of £100 with interest.
