Whereas: ii) have paid i) £212..1..9 in part of their portion of the money arising from the sale of the manor of Howend alias Reddings and lands etc. belonging Now: to indemnify ii) against expenses on that account i) assign to ii) all their share of the money arising from the said sale in trust that ii) shall therefrom deduct their expenses regarding the above mentioned payment and then hold the same to the use of i) Signatures: i) Witnesses: Mathew Duane, George Wilmot
