Thomas Fasey - felony in killing a lamb with intent to steal a carcase - to be transported beyond the seas for life. George Watson - simple larceny having before been convicted of felony - to be transported beyond the seas for the term of 7 years. Robert Jones - felony in embezzling monies the goods of his master - to be transported beyond the seas for the term of 7 years. John Crawley - riot and assault - to be imprisoned and kept at hard labout for 8 calendar months. On expiration to enter a recognizance of £50 to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for the term of a year. John Pateman - riot and assault - to be imprisoned and kept at hard labout for 6 calendar months. On expiration to enter a recognizance of £50 to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for the term of a year.
