John Hare - larceny - acquitted and discharged Mary Clay - felony, endeavouring to conceal the birth of her illegitimate child born alive - discharged, bill returned ignoramus William Minney the elder, William Minney the younger, Thomas Gardner, Thomas Watts - riot - to pay a fine of 5 shillings and each to enter a recognizance of £20 to keep the peace and be of good behvaviour for a year. William Dawson - want of sureties to keep the peace - discharged, no person appearing against him Daniel Howe - want of sureties to keep the peace - ordered to remain in the old House of Correction unitl he shall find sureties to keep the peace upon articles exhibited against him by Elizabeth, his wife.
