Thomas Whiston of Everton, convicted of unlawfully using an engine, called a snare for the purpose of taking game. To forfeit the sum of £5 and the sum of £1 for costs. If in default to be imprisoned and kept at hard labour at the House of Correction for the space of 3 calendar months.
