    Recites: will of Edwin Denbigh 26 March 1719 Whereas: since death of said Susan Money several doubts and disputes have arisen cincerning the residue of the rents and profits after the discharge of the £30 legacy, touching the £600 Now: agreed that residue to go to Mary wife of Edward Money and Ann wife of Stephen Woodyfield in equal parts and said Thomas Money shall not have any claim therein. Thomas Money to have the £600 and said Mary Money and Ann Woodyfield not to have claim therein Signatures: i) ii) iii) Witnesses: Elizabeth Samworth, Ambrose Cave, Valentine Paul, Philip Birt, Thomas Gurney, Robert Tristram, Francis Fencham Endorsement: In Chancery, between John Crouch and others and Ann Baroness Dowager of Gowran and others this Indenture was produced to Robert Edwards, William Wildman, Thomas Leete, Reverend Philip Birt and Stephen Woodifield clerk, at the examination in the cause 19 January 1741/2 before : Goddard Urlin, Henry Horton, William Aveling
