-manor of Howend alias Readings alias Reddings -capital messuage in Howend aforesaid where John Clerke lately dwelled -3 closes of pasture near adjoining 60 acres formerly one, called Westley alias Westey :N. common field of Howend :S. a little lane to Millbrook to ii) to use of Richard Denbigh for life, then to Edwin, paying £200 each to Susan and Edee when they attain 18 years; if either dies before 18 her portion to go the the other; if both die then to go to John Denbigh, grandson of said Richard Denbigh; Edwin also to pay Susan and Edee £10 per annum each until they come of age and to pay Elizabeth £10 per annum for life Signatures: i) Witnesses: Richard Adams, Henry Rily Livery of Seisin endorsed
