- Scope and Contentfor docking entails and remainders in: -close of pasture in Howend in Houghton Conquest 28 acres next adjoining and belonging to one messuage in Howend late in occupation of Elizabeth Blofeild widow and now of said i) which is part of 3 closes formerly one pasture and called Westey or Westley in Howend and parcel of the inheritance of Giles Blofeild, gentleman deceased , which premises were late purchased by Thomas Hackett of North Crawley, Buckinghamshire, eldest brother of the said Nicholas Hackett, of Elizabeth Blofeild widow, Jacob Pennington and wife Mary, Mathew Denton and John Style, gentleman and afterwards settled and conveyed to said Nicholas Hackett i) will before 1 June next levy to ii) fine by name of 28 acres pasture with appurtenances in Houghton Howend in Houghton Conquest ii) to be tenant of freehold for suffering common recovery, returnable Easter term following these presents Signatures: i) ii) iii) Witnesses: Ralph Parr, John Tirrell, John Gamble
